On sundays I tend to get a little cabin fever and want to go somewhere. So a few weeks ago we packed a picnic and did one of my favorite short hikes up to a small waterfall.
I love this hike because it is not very long and the hike is pretty flat so everyone can do it. When you get to the waterfall you can walk right up to it.
Apparently if you are a boy you have to stick your head in the waterfall
Hey! Guess what Nick if you stick your head in a waterfall you will get wet.Uncle Kyle and Zack are checking out
the back side of water. It must have been pretty cool
look at that smile.
If you are looking for a short family hike this is a good one. You just go up Provo canyon and turn like you are taking the alpine loop. After Sundance there is a station where you have to pay to get into the canyon, just after this there is a parking lot. Park here and follow the signs for the timpanogos hike. If you were to keep following this trail you would go all the way to the top of timp. If is pretty flat untill the last little part.

I am the same way, when it’s nice outside it's hard to stay home on Sunday afternoons.
I love that your boys put their heads in the waterfall sounds like something my boys would do.
